That’s right, the Easter Bunny came to Northbrook, IL, and he didn’t pass our Prime Publishing employees by! Before many of us took off for the holiday, we had our own egg hunt right here in the office. There were 50 plastic eggs sprinkled around the break rooms, conference rooms, lobby, and even on some of the desks. Each egg was filled with little candies like caramels and peanut butter cups, and a few special eggs even had slips of paper that could be redeemed for prizes! Who knew Thursday mornings could be so egg-citing?
The hardest part was visiting the Prize Desk and having to choose between the hummingbird feeder and a mini cupcake stand. Hmm…
Some employees get very competitive, while others are much more casual. One editor stumbled upon an egg behind the coffee maker as she was getting a refill – talk about lucky!
Unfortunately, there are still 6 eggs out there that no one has been able to find yet – not even the Social Committee who hid them in the first place! Looks like we’ll be stumbling upon plastic eggs well into the summer.
