    I am having a DIY wedding! I’m making as much as possible. I’m making my own centerpieces, crocheting bouquets and boutonnieres, making favors, decorating the venue, making a sash and jewelry for myself, and making my MOHs gift.

    when my niece or nephew get marry, l’d love to make the invitations, place setting, crocheted flowers for table center and the bouquets for the bride and maids, crocheted souvenirs, and also bake for the dessert table!!!!!!

    I would make my wedding gown. My mother made my gown when I was married 56 years ago. It’s turned to dust so I’d need a new gown (couldn’t fit in the old one anyway)

    I did all my wedding invitations, centerpiece, table decorations, favors, bouquets, boutonaires, earrings , necklace and hairband for me and my Maid of Honor ( she helped of course). We did it all- it was fun and beautiful.

    If I could DIY a wedding I would create my own centerpieces by designing and painting the base and using all different kinds of exotic flowers and plants. I would also make and paint signs. I would make decorations out of material and lace as well as decorate the cake table.

    I would have each table a different color explosion. I love flowers so Shrimp Plants and painted ceramic pots as the centerpiece and takeoff from there with bows and ribbons and beautiful colored plates and napkins. Their new life together should be full of color. I can see Monet painted Tablecoths already.

    Our wedding was DIY – we made the centerpieces for the tables, the church decorations, and even my veil. The bridesmaids and I also decorated canvas shoes to wear comfortably at the reception.

    I would do it all Western theme with the bails of straw, the barn and all. I would make all my decoration. The gown, flowers, center pieces, guest gift goodies. I would need material, beads, glue, glitter, card stock, stencils, just about anything…Sounds like fun…

    I would (have done) as much as possible. I have made bouquets, dresses with fabric flowers, pew decorations, altar decorations, unity candles, table decorations, garters, programs and other details. I would make many other items such as guest favors, guest seating and numbered tables.

    I did have a diy wedding. We made the floral arrangements and other decor, my mom made and decorated the cake and my brother carved the ice sculpture for the reception.

    When I do my DIY wedding I will be making all my own invitations and all the MOH’s gifts which will be matching earring, necklace and bracelet sets made with Swarovski beads and crystals in 10k gold.

    I would make invitations, thank you cards and a gift bag or basket for all the attendees, as well as a basket for the flower girl, hats for myself.
    Also, the centerpieces for tables at the reception.
