Here are eight great sewing tutorials for DIY Wine Bags!

Chirstmas Wine Bag Tutorial

Find some festive fabric and sew together a simple bag instead of attempting to wrap a bottle of wine. Or better yet, fool everyone at a white elephant by putting something other than wine in this bag!

Happy Holidays DIY Wine Bag

Create a more rustic feel with some holiday-themed burlap for your wine bags! This pattern is so simple; it’s great for beginners.

Zippy Wine Bottle Cover

If you want to step up your wine-bag-game, you can create one with a zipper! How fancy!

Glittery Wine Gift Bag

Maybe you’re looking for the simplest wine bag possible. How about a plain canvas tote that you sew one seam into? Seriously, it’s that simple!

Fabric Wine Bags

If you’re the type to always give the gift of humor, try these wine bags with cheeky phrases for the wine-lover on your gift list.

Personalized Sewn Wine Bag

This tutorial shows you how you can create a wine bag with your own clever design.

Denim Wine Bottle Gift Bag Tutorial

Who doesn’t have old jeans just waiting to turn into a craft project? Put that denim to good use by making this wine bag!

How to Sew a Wine Tote

If you’re feeling up to a challenge or want a project that will fill more time, try this padded wine bag with nifty handles.

My favorite sewing project was the gift of cloth diapers I had made for a friend. I had made several different diaper sizes as he quickly grew! I made them with some pads and cool diaper covers until he eventually was too old for diapers and declared himself “ready for training pants!” My friend was more than happy to use the homemade diapers!

Made this a disappearing 16 patch, almost finished (binding is left) for a charity ,along with matching pillow case. Then there is a quilt for my husband 60×80 – un-finished size, then there is my quilt. Of course projects for my guild. Snowman door hanging – again almost finished. SEW – they are all my favorites. Then there is other things that pop up. Baby clothes, doll clothes etc. and the list go on and on LOL just like all other crafters.. Thanks and good luck

I also like sewing recycled/upscaled projects…especially when it’s an item that has sentimental value to myself or whomever I may be sewing it for!! I even enjoy sewing paper together on some scrapbook layouts & on mixed media pieces! Now that I’m thinking about it, many years ago I sewed the uppers & the soles of shoe/boots for a large footwear company & I even enjoyed sewing all of them too. So I’d have to say; my truly favourite sewing project is just about anything I can run through a sewing machine! 🙂 Thanks…Have a great day!
